Registration and fees

Registration is open and stays open until 21.9.!

There will be space for 16 teams in the open division and 8 teams in the women's division. If more teams register than there are free slots, the staff selects the participating teams. Slots will be confirmed by contacting every team via email after the registration has closed. Tournament is played 5-vs-5. 

Note that the tournament starts on Friday evening at the pre-tournament party. So make sure to arrive on time in Friday, also because games will start promptly on Saturday morning!

Pick-up player

If you want to participate in the tournament, but you don't have a team, no worries. You can sign up as a pick-up player. If you want to sign up as a pick-up players or if you have any questions, please contact thensut@gmail.com.

Tournament fee 

The standard tournament team fee is 360 euros and covers everything for 8 players. Additional players cost +45 € each. No fees will be refunded. Standard tournament fee must be payed before 30.9.2025. No fees will be refunded. Additional player fees can be payed until 15.10.2025. Team fee includes games, dinner on Saturday and parties on both evenings.

If your team brings guests who do not wish to play, they can get everything else (dinner, party, access to the game venue, local transportation) by paying 20 euros per guest. You can pay the guests together with your team fee.
